Bluepearl Pet Hospital

I came for a health issue concern with my dog on August 30, 2026. Checked in, completed the paperwork, vitals were taken on my dog. After 2 hours of waiting I began noticing the pet owners arriving with their pet and like me they went through the check in process. After a brief wait a staff member would escort the pet to the exam area. I continued to wait without any contact made by a staff member. At one point there were was just me, my dog along with one other person and their dog in the waiting room. In time this dog was taken by a staff member to the exam room. I thought then that I must be next. But then other owners arrived with their pet. The same process continued whereby in rather short order the pet was taken into the exam room. After waiting for 4 hours I asked a staff person as to when I could expect my dog to be serviced. The person contacted the back area of the facility and was told that someone would come out shortly to talk to me. After being at the facility for approximately 4 1/2 hours with no staff member ever talking to me about when I could expect my dog to be examined I left. I received vet services the next day at a different vet office.

I took my dog Daisy to Blue Pearl because something was wrong with her eye. She was in a lot of pain. They took her in the back and came back with her saying her vitals are fine and this was not a emergency. They gave me the name of a animal hospital that was in Green Bay. Animal house clinic, I took her there and they said she had glaucoma and needed to perform surgery to remove her eye as soon as possible. Blue pearl just blew me off.

My boy went in for his ear to be looked at after getting ripped during a puppy fight, checked in 6:45pm and ended up staying well until 11pm and didnt even go in to a room. I relented to them at least changing his dressing before we turn back, they dressed him in the lobby and by the time we got home he bled through it! I ended up using a maxi pad and retaping his head to get the bleeding to stop. Beyond disappointing, I expected more. Do better.

Brought my dog in with an emergency and I was bluntly told "unless you have a $5-10k to send him to a specialist, you aren't going to know what happened". I feel all they saw was dollar signs as soon as I walked in the door. No compassion and no empathy. They barely give you any time to make the tough decision to put my dog down. It felt like they wanted us in and out the door as fast as possible. I tried following up with management to possibly get some answers since I was rather distraught at the time and they have yet to contact me back. It has been a week. Terrible customer service and professionalism.

Today I had to make the toughest decision possible and put my 17 year old cat who was battling many health issues. The compassion that they showed and allowed ample time to say our goodbyes and allowed me to hold her when she took her last breath meant so much to me and I appreciated it so much. Thank you so much for everything.
